Suppose an image has ITPC fields Caption="itpc_cap" and Heading="itpc_head".
Slide Show is configured to display the Caption, i.e.
    Settings->Configure digikam->Slide Show is checked
Then the slide show for this image will display the heading, i.e.
    The text at the lower left of the image will display "itpc_head"

Also there doesn't seem to be any way to display the Caption in a slide Show.

This behaviour is the same in digikam-1.0.0-beta2 as compiled from the tarball
and in digikam-0.10.0-1.fc10.x86_64
