Summary: batch resize images produces images 1 pixel too short
           Product: digikam
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Gentoo Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: digikam-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: drslony at panopixel.org

Version: 0.10.0-r1 (using KDE 4.2.4)
Compiler: gcc-4.3.2-r3
OS: Linux
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

Batch > Resize Images > Proportional (1 dim.)
Enter any new size, e.g. 1680px or 800px
I used image quality 98 or 100.
Filter name: Sinc.

The resized images will be 1679, or 799.

This is very problematic, because the end medium, whether it is a dekstop
wallpaper or a website gallery, which would normally leave our images as they
are, now needs to resize them to make up for this 1 pixel, and so we lose
sharpness, amongst other negative things.
