The "Configure shortcuts" dialog is a service from KMainWindow, I dont see any
code related to this in digikam, is this right?
I think we just plug all our actions into the action collection and kdeui
provides the configuration.
In this case we have to move the bug to kdelibs / kdeui / XMLGui framework.
