Showing the options

At the top, you see the first group header when the "Options >>" label is
clicked. The options are opened automatically if any other but the first option
is selected.
In the lower part you see the header of an added, second group. Here there is
no show/hide options label, the options are always there. As well I removed the
combo box for AND/OR, you can just click on the label to toggle.
