"Invert" is the only thing I have trouble with since elsewhere in the interface
invert is used differently (xox becomes oxo). I'd suggest "negate" but I'm not
sure most people would be comfortable with the term.

What if you put "More options" and clicking on that displayed all four at once:

( ) All
( ) Any   [More Options]

Click:

( ) All   ( ) At least one not
( ) Any   ( ) None
