[Digikam-devel] Warning: JPEG format error, rc = 5

I keep getting this message everytime I start digikam 0.10.0 and it just 
loops forever while scanning my ~35GB photo db (just out of curiosity I 
let it run for 24+ hours). My current software setup: Kubuntu 8.10, KDE 
4.2 beta2 (4.1.85), libkipi 4.1.85. I have to mention that none of these 
happened on my former setup: openSUSE 11.0, KDE 3.5.10, digikam 0.9.4.
If I can further help in any way please just let me now. Thank you.
