The Edit Image Caption dialog (Image->Metadata->Edit Captions...) does not
contain existing caption metadata when it appears, either captions embedded in
the image file or entered previously using this dialog.

You could argue that since there are multiple possible metadata sources for the
caption, show nothing, but that would be inconsistent with the behaviour of the
Capture/Tags sidebar in Digikam, which does show caption data.
