Like Johannes wrote, I also have some things that are not done in the development branch....
That are mainly things for MySQL administration, such as:
- Database migration/copy dialog (GUI polishment is needed)
- Internal started MySQL database server (I have started this recently, reusing things from the akonadi project)
- A feature must still implemented, where the user can choose to change his database setup
  in case the connection to the db server can't established.

- Automatic migration from sqlite to mysql.
- Icons for database setup page / migration dialog

- There is an issue for now, which affects the content generation of tag tree table (MySQL)
-> Limit new features to not introduce huge regressions :
