Solid is seeing the harddisk, and reporting it correctly as mounted.
Digikam reports your collections as not found.

What strikes me is that in your database the UUID is uppercase, from Solid it
is lowercase. I think the comparison is currently case sensitive. Try to open
your digikam4.db containing the three collection with the "sqlite3" command
line tool and execute:
UPDATE AlbumRoots SET identifier='volumeid:?uuid=dca8eed3a8eeab6a';
to make this lowercase. Exit by typing ".exit".
