Important lines in output:
  StorageAccess.accessible = true  (bool)
  StorageAccess.filePath = '/media/PHOTOS'  (string)

Please check also the first ten lines of output from digikam on the console
(enable 50003 in kdebugdialog), look for lines like "digikam(15096)/digikam
(core) Digikam::CollectionManager::updateLocations: location for 
"/media/fotos"  is available  true"
