Did a quick test, it works for the status of auto-brightness and denoise. :)

Thanks again for this fix and digikam in general!

BTW: If I click on "reset" in the raw import utility should this reset to the
setup dialogue settings? If so that does not work as it disables denoise
although I have that enabled and it sets quality to bilinear although I have
set it to AHD. 16bit is enabled though which is according to the setup dialogue
and auto brightness is disabled, which is also correct.

I could open another bug report for that if you think it is a separate issue.
