I use whatever opensuse 11.2 and KDE 4.3.4 come with and compiling did work
until today.

rpm -qa | grep dcraw
libkdcraw-devel-4.3.4-1.3.x86_64
libkdcraw7-4.3.4-1.3.x86_64
dcraw-1.404-2.1.x86_64

And digikam (the compile from yesterday) shows
