Once the initial wizard has been completed, Digikam is launched but when
available, no picture is displayed and no album has been created. The option
for creating an album is not available.
Looking in the configuration, I see that no local collection has been created.
Any attempts to create a new local collection from the configuration window
leads to the following message : « Le dossier sélectionné n'existe pas ou n'est
pas lisible. » (the selected directory does not exist or is not readable).
Same problem with collections created on removable media
