This is an issue for exiv2, not digiKam. It leaks an exception from the XMP-SDK
while trying to convert an invalid timestamp from the XMP file. I'll open an
issue in the Exiv2 bug tracker for it.

The root cause of the problem is that the timestamps in the attached file are
not in the correct format. They are in Exif format instead of ISO 8601 format,
as required by the XMP standard.
