[Digikam-devel] website update

Hi,

I think the build instructions of Digikam's website should be updated.

The Contribute page could point to the page which explains how to build 
the KDE4 svn version.

Also, the Download/svn link should now point to the page which explains 
how to build KDE4 svn version, instead of KDE3 version.

I also think the following build command should be used everywhere, so 
by default people install Digikam
in the right place and have debug information :

cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=debugfull -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=`kde4-config 
--prefix` ../../graphics

The "Installing a tarball" page is also out of date.
