[Digikam-devel] Bug#524392: digikam: Save as ~/test.jpeg in Edit window doesn't work correctly

In the edit window, using save as, specifying a name like '~/test.jpeg'
doesn't save a file 'test.jpeg' in my home directory, but instead changes
the map to my home directory and then asks for a filename again.

This used to work OK in the older version, where a file test.jpeg was
saved in my home directory easily with '~/test.jpeg' as name.
