I just tested it with the dotted line, but this is even harder to see
(red-white). Maybe we should just use the guide color, because this can be
changed in the plugin. So if somebody has problems with seeing the dots, he can
change the guide color to make it more visible.
I will test a little bit here and commit something later on.
