Hi, all,
I tried to compile digiKam 0.10.0-beta3.
Here is the message I get:

I went to the kipi-plugins website but did not find the required files to
download and install. All the available versions seemed to be too old.
Does this mean to run the latest digikam I need the whole kde desktop stuff?
I really don't want to run the kde desktop - it comes with a lot of freight.
I like my icewm desktop very much - a nice blank screen greets me when I log
in ("startx") from the command line.
What does "KDE core" mean? I just installed a whole bunch of kde 4 stuff in
order to get as far as I did with the digikam build. I run Debian Lenny
64-bit. What Debian package(s) am I missing?
Thanks so much for assistance or information.
