In general I think this is right, we might need to display most of the actions
in the "Image" menu as well as in tools, context menu etc.
I don't know if this is so easy right now.

does the selected item provide MIME information? Since quickfilter and movie
player are working I would say yes. Maybe digikamapp could have a slot to
toggle all those actions if incompatible formats are chosen?
But I think we will have problems with context menu, since they seem to be hard
coded in most of the cases.
