This is a patch will all remaining hunks I'm not quite sure about.

Gilles, can you take a look at this patch?
For example in setupmime:
I think the new label is much too big for a dialog box, I don't think we need 
to explain that much in there.

But if you think that everything is alright, I can merge it with my branch and 
finally commit to SVN.
