Tag creation from Caption & Tags sidebar (patch #1)

First version of patch against KDE3 svn implementation to solve this issue.

Enter a new tag in text filed and press return. Tag is created as well from
root tag album. 

Note than text field still in focus after creation and content is cleaned. You
can make new tag again without to use mouse...

TODO: 

- a tag text field parser to handle tag hierarchy delimited with "/".
- multiple creation of tags at the same time using " " separator.
