In #15, i'm talk about a side effect of thumbbar included with preview effect.

After to have tested this implementation i can said than the result are catastrophic using simple processor computer. the thread which compute thumbs in background from thumbbar take all CPU and digiKam is not suitable.

Under a double core, this is not the same. the thread is forked to another CPU and digiKam is suitable.

So, i will fix the current implementation.

But this side effect is interesing to hack the proposal given by Marcel in #18
