Summary: wish: moving multiple albums using the tree view
           Product: digikam
           Version: 0.9.3
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: digikam-devel kde org
ReportedBy: simon margo student utwente nl

Version: 0.9.3 (using 3.5.8, Kubuntu (gutsy) 4:3.5.8-0ubuntu3.3)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.22-14-generic

Sometimes I want to reorganise my albums, usually moving multiple albums at a time. If you don't have tags stored in the images themselves, moving the images outside digikam has a bad side-effect of removing all the tags you put on them :-( (I hope you can tell I just had that experience...)

I can move one album at a time in the tree of albums, but not select multiple albums and move them. This would be a good improvement IMHO...

Cheers

Simon
