I've tried to do this but I've done a google search for BKO and got nowhere,
I've searched through the bugs.kde webpage and found no menu with component
in.

Sorry, I'm new to Linux, when I placed the report there was only one other
fixed bug relating to Flickr and that was to choose some rather than all of
the photos.
