this is already in extragear/graphics/CMakeLists.txt.

To compile digiKam, you need to checkout whole extragear/graphics, not only
extragear/graphics/digikam,
and remove all sub-dirs excepted 'cmake' and 'digikam'. Finally run cmake .
from extragear/graphics, not from digikam sub-dir directly...
