The Digikam tips link to a hotplugging tutorial at this URL:
http://digikam.free.fr/hotplug/howto.html

As can be seen, the page returns a 403. This tip should be deleted, or changed to a relevant page on the Digikam website. This is not a dupe of Bug 99482, which also mentions the hotplugging tutorial as being out of date.
