Hi,

I've got my /home on a NAS which is connected on 100Mbit/s network. My digikam photo root also resides within /home and hence on the NAS. After inserting a CFlash card into the high speed USB 2.0 reader on the PC, the KDE deamon offers me, amongst others, to import the images to Digikam. Choosing this starts Digikam and the camera import module.

However, during transfer of pictures (JPG), about one in five transfers are finished unsuccessfully (marked by a red "x" at the picture). This seems to happen totally random... Starting all over again gives the same result however the unsuccessfull pictures are totally random.

When using a digikam root folder which resides on the pc physically, this problem doesn't show up.
When using konqueror to copy files from the CF card into Digikam directly (select pictures within konqueror and drag them into Digikam window) no problems occur.
Just to be complete: I have no problems with transfers from/to NAS expect for digikam import.
