As this is most likely a bug in lcms, we cannot do anything about that.
Remove the two profiles from your directory.
Maybe they can be sent to the littlecms mailing list at
https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/lcms-user . I did not find any bug
reports form.
