Use:

gphoto2 --camera "Canon PowerShot A95 (PTP mode)" --port usb: --set-config
owner="whatever owner name"

Not sure if this needs to be in a digikam dialog.

btw, libgphoto2 2.4.3 will only PTP, so it should work all the time in the
kcontrol/kamera dialog.
