I'm using digiKam to handle my pictures, and use the rating system alot.
It would be nice to be able to use the rating system when you want to use some of the Kipi plugins like export to Flickr, or export to Gallery.

Maybe in the file selection dialog ? a drop down menu "pictures with at least N stars", that would make the selection for you ?
