Just no crop. Always fit into rectangle assigned by wizard. Very nice thumbnail sheet creator is in Xnview. It is not limited to CD cover, you can print it on any paper size you wish. Select number of rows, columns, size of picture, metadata and create image which you can later print on any paper size.
