I hadn't thought of the case where you wish to order within a tag.
After giving it 5 minutes thought, ordering within a tag would probably 
be a great feature, the only sensible default ordering within a tag that 
I can think of is the order they are added to a tag, and where multiple 
images are added simultaneously, add them to the tag in the order 
specified by the album.  However I guess you'll never please everyone no 
matter how you implement this. 

I've tried the change date idea it does work, but it's a big job when 
you're trying to order over 500 pictures.
