This is a long known sqlite incompatibility with nfs. It will certainly not be 
fixed for 0.9.1, and cannot be fixed by us. Maybe we should build in some 
check to give a warning, so that users know what's the problem.

Is there a bug filed with sqlite? I would guess so since the problem is the 
same for all applications.
