I am not sure if this is the same as #41 above:
If one has:

- Tag0
- Tag1
  - Tag2                     # this should not be shown
    - Tag2a                  # this should not be shown
  - Tag3     
    - Tag3a                  # this should not be shown
    - Tag3b
      - x Tagged Tag         # <--- this is tagged
    - Tag5
    - Tag6

When using "Already assigned TABs",  also Tag2, Tag2a, Tag3a are visible
while I thought that they should not be displayed
(Tag0, Tag5, Tag6 are not shown, as expected).
