Well i believe the Mandriva dead line is about 15th March, I don't know if for final though.
So one week is not a big problem. We can come back on our steps and leave the 0.9.0
in the case and backport 0.9.1 after that the 2007.1 is out, hope not though.

Yes this week end, is there anyone on digikam# that can help me to test it to
avoid a pre-release?

I'm not exiv2 maintainer, so it depends on when it is released. 
I can upload a package on my site if it is necessary though.
