[Digikam-devel] (patch) simplification of wording in MIME filter

Gilles I have commited another patch adding NoRAWFiles to the filter in the 
KDE3 branch, and Mikolaj patch is inlcuded.

Here is a patch for KDE4. As I can't test it I don't dare to commit. Can 
someone test it?
