Thanks for the bug report, but unfortunately you have provided very little information 
for us to work on. If we are to have any hope of assisting, we will need more information.

For the majority of digikam users your problem hasn't been reported.

Can you move photo's in konqueror?

What are the permissions for your folders?? Are you using NFS or other shared file system, etc...
