[Digikam-devel] Bug#439826: digikam: "Download all" not always selectable

When trying to download images from camera, I can't choose "Download all"
when one or more images are selected. If I unselect all images then
"Download all" is selectable. This is inconsistent compared to the
"Delete all" which is always selectable.
