also find never rated images 

The attached patch modifies the rating search such
that also never rated images are found on a search for 
- rating=0 
- rating>=0
- rating<=0
- rating<c    (with c=1,2,3,4,5)
- rating<=c
- rating<>c

My test cases work fine, but it would be good if someone else
could check this patch!
