Correction to typo:

tag-tree : All symlink paths from the directory "tag1/tag2/tag3/.../tagN/" should be prefixed by (N+1)x"../" + "HARDink-to-photos/" + "tag1/tag2/tag3/.../tagN/symlink" 

Also I did not see you had gotten the script 'working' by the time I wrote this. I hope you find these comments helpful anyway.
