I'm agree for an inclusion into trunk branch if all others team guys are agree. Normally all will work fine with 0.9.0 because the database structure is unchanged.

The right place to put this tool in svn trunk is digikam/utilities/scripts (or something like that).

The script need to be documented ( a man page is enough ) before to be included.
