digikam from trunk: Fixing Histogram Widget

- disentangle signal/slot relations of ImagePropertiesColorTab and HistogramWidget
- fix infinite loop when image loading failed
- fix range selection in histogram widget
   - use relative values 0.0-1.0 internally in widget to handle 8 vs. 16 bit
   - single click removes selection
   - dragging the mouse sets new selection
I hope I caught all corner cases.
