Honestly, I would not care about spell checking,
if there is a another text widget which allows vertical resizing ;-).
But maybe others got used to spell-checking ...

I am not sure about the mouse-over variant - seems a bit too hidden
in my opinion (thinking of new users. Personally I would not mind).
