Please do this...
The inpainting is really very slow, especially if you have more then one dust particle.

Or improve inpainting like this:
Be able to select different parts of the image and clean them in one inpainting run!
Please do that (and that should be done for other digikam plugins too, in my opinion -> multiple selections)
