[Digikam-devel] Strange text in po file

hi,

i'm just translating digikam.po from stable and found

<p>Unable to find the dcraw executable:

What makes me a bit fuzzy is that i found %3 on to places. 1st one is 
the URL where to get dcraw source code and 2nd one is the question if  
the program should continue.

Without seeing the message on my system i believe that this is wrong. 
Could somebody verify this?
