I think it's not the right place to store B.K.O files to fix before 0.9.0-Beta1.

In svn, we are TODO and NEWS files where we can find all these informations !

TODO and NEWS files will be updated when a new B.K.O file is closed. NEWS files will be used by to make the announce in mailing lists.

Take a look. I think it's not necessary to create anymore B.K.O files to manage these informations.

NOTA : TODO file need to be updated to includes all Tags bugs from B.K.O.
