Short before 0.8.1 release, rudimentary media:/ support was added.
It was disabled due to some buglets, like e.g., when digikam is already
running, it did not switch to this desktop and it looks like nothing
happened while digikam was waiting on the other desktop.
The TODO file contain some of the bugs I discovered when I tested
the experimental media: code.
