digikam from trunk : new option to store digiKam image Tags list like keywords list in Keywords IPTC tag.

IMPORTANT : duing IPTC limitations, we can set only 64 charactors to 'Keywords' IPTC tags. Also, IPTC do not support UTF8 ! Alternative to this problem is XMP metadata, but Exiv2 do not yet support it.
