Heyhe, I was surprised too - the reason why you can't find it is: it's already 
fixed! emerge sync and try again and it should work. To find it in bugzilla 
search for #107318 or check the show "all" option instead of "open" in the 
query.

P.S. Interessting that Gilles found the code causing the prob in the 
kde_source_compile funktion - be prepared for more troubles with other progs 
and the qt visibility stupidness.
