[Digikam-devel] configure error

Am I right that you are using the Gentoo ebuild for digikam-0.8.0-beta2 when 
the error occours? I am asking because I have the same problem (reported it 
to the Gentoo bugzilla) and want to be sure it is Gentoo only prob.

My guess is that the ebuild is falty cause it uses automake to generate it's 
own configure instead of using the one from the tarball - and this one has 
the broken if sentence.
